Here is a simple 4-5 minute routine to start your day off better. I promise that within
3-4 days of utilizing these simple techniques you will have more energy & focus.
And you may notice your mood better throughout the entire day.
The toughest part of any workout is lacing up your sneakers. And that is another
cool thing about this routine is you don’t even need to get dressed. I have done it in
