I totally can relate buddy...  Moving is always tough..Get your at home gym set up..
and get back too it..  I would suggest limiting time consuming exercise like running ( which I believe you love )
and focusing on 1-2 sets to failure of 2-3 exercises for each body part.  Put together a sensible eating plan and
get a big reason why and a short term ( 1 week ), medium ( 6 week ) and long term 6 month goal.

well... ==&gt;&gt;   Go to Bed 30 minutes earlier than normal - 5 min. routine. Turn lights off. Light a candle &amp; do some breathing exercises. Write in your journal – Read Off Goal / Why – SAY IT… FEEL IT… SEE IT…
