The quickest way to get abs is to have a personalized plan on 1. weights 2. cardio 3. food and 4. Goal setting.. each pillar is vitally important on you maintaining the amount of muscle you have ( and maybe even grown a few pounds ) while bringing your fat down slowly ( 1-2 lbs. per week ) and consistently. Yes, I have many inner thigh exercises.. but you should only do them a couple times per week max ( 15-20 minutes per week ) and focus on your food, weights, cardio and goal setting
