• Lost 40.76 lbs. of fat
• Gained 14.26 lbs. of muscle
• Lost 5 7/8 inches off waist (at navel)

Since I started using Darin’ FatLoss LifeStyle System  I have lowered my fasting blood sugar from 210 to 120. I take 1/2 the insulin I did before I started with Darin.

Eating better and working out 2-3 days a week… with Darin has saved my life. I never thought working out could be soo much fun.

It looks like I will be able to get off of all my blood pressure med’s as soon as we get the results back.

I have so much more energy. Everyday seems to be a lot less stressful, which is a BIG part of my health. 

After seeing my results on a weekly basis it makes it that much easier for me to continue.

Darin’s optimistic attitude has opened my eyes to a whole new way of life. I am a whole new person inside & out….

My eating habits have totally done a 360 degree change. I don’t have the cravings for the junk I had before.

It has really made an impact on my kids life also. We spend more quality time together. When I say quality I mean not tired, not crabby & mostly not sore afterwards.

How am I in control? When I can go somewhere & order a water not a diet Coke it says a-lot about how I am taking control. Darin has not just changed my diet he changed my way of life.
