Hi Darin…You really showed me the way back in 2004-6 when I decided to take my mental and physical health more seriously. Your insight, support, and motivation were next to none! I’ve continued to workout since, but it is sometimes tough to balance a career and workouts… I’m training six days a week right now and have been following a technique called Tabata Protocol - I’m sure you are familiar. But, as always, a little help is always beneficial.
If you should have any openings on Saturday mornings at 6 AM or 7 AM for 1-on-1 training for six weeks, let me know. I’d be interested in taking it up a level.
