I first found out about your website through YouTube. And for the first time, I finally found a WebSite with no B.S. (I would recommend)I love the mind, spirit and body mentality. I think it’s great what you are doing and keep it up man! Love all your great articles and exercises for muscle confusion. I’ve been working out now for 1 year and half now, I’m 18 years old 180 pounds and I had to push back my training for at least 3 months and still going because of a serious injury: tendonitis and joint pain, in my forearms, wrists and biceps… (I believe it might be from overtraining)First time I took a month off training my upper body and just trained legs and cardio. Then started again training slowly my way back up. I was doing good until I injured myself again…I now believe it’s from going too heavy too fast but mostly because I was never doing any stretching and warming up before my training sessions. I looked through your stretching videos and started to include them in my training. It’s been more than a month now taking Glucosamine, MSM, Fish Oils you name it, to ease the pain. My recovery is good and I am going to start training but I wouldn’t want to injure myself again… Would you have any advice and a plan you would recommend using to start with?
